Nothing fancy tonight, but most of the time simple is the best. I made Egyptian kofta’s; lamb and beef mince flavoured with allspice and cinnamon, served with yoghurt and pitta. This is a traditional Egyptian street food for lunch. Couldn’t work out how to use the big-boy BBQ so got myself a disposable one to use while hubby was still at work. Tasty and delicious!
