Oh my goodness..it’s been EIGHT months since my last country! I always seem to stall when I get to a country I’m not particularly inspired by. African food hasn’t particularly excited me so far on my Eaternational journey but my Congolese dish was actually pretty good.
I made Chicken Moambe for dinner tonight. It’s meant to be cooked with palm oil but I’m really not a fan of the taste. The sauce was made from onion, tomatoe and peanut, flavoured with nutmeg, cayenne and ginger.
